He’s also among the most decorated professionals of the investigation space, having won the “Young Entrepreneur Award” in 2012 by the president of India and the “Investigation Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in 2014, by MoS, Ministry of Home Affairs.

Sleuths India director Nidhi Jain is revered for the way she’s been managing the vast networks of India’s top detective agency and ensuring smoothness to the operations. She’s also the only lady private detective to have won the prestigious “Investigation Leadership Award” in 2017 and “All India Women Entrepreneur Award” in 2022. Her leadership nous is something that is admired by both peers and experts alike. For over two decades, she’s been adding value to the industry on the back of spearheading a top agency and solving cases of the most complex of nature.

Brigadier Dalip Kapur is a very experienced individual who joins the famed Sleuths India board after 36 years of meritorious services with the Indian Army. He’s a retired veteran who comes on board with big exposure in security related matters. More so, he’s as an industry veteran who achieved remarkable success with high profile investigations & operations in the insurgency prone areas. In addition, Dalip Kapur is also a “Vashisht Seva Medallist” professional who has won awards by the President of India & the Chief of The Army Staff for numerous operations under his command.

Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh – an ex. IG – Police (Special Enquiry) – is another invaluable addition to Sleuths India who joins the company after a remarkable career of over four decades with Indian Police Force. He’s an officer who had won the President Medal award in the year 2004 for great contributions to the police. His fame is driven by exceptional contributions in ensuring peaceful elections in Karrapa, Karnul and Anantpur district of Andhra Pradesh in 1983. His vast experiences with the Police is a huge value addition to a detective agency that focuses on excellence.

Mr. L R Gupta served the IB as Senior Officer before retiring as an Assistant Director. His three-decade long career with the Intelligence Bureau was marked by many achievements and awards, and the stand-out feat was the “Indian Police Medal” for meritorious services. After serving the IB with distinction, Mr. Gupta was exploring options to take up challenging roles and utilize his experience. This is when the Sleuths India assignment happened. Here, he’s been the Head of Investigations Wing, tasked to handle sensitive assignments across India.  

Sleuths India feels privileged to have Mr. Ashoke Chakraborty who joins the team after an illustrious career of 39 years in CISF, Central Industrial Security Force. He was a great servant to the CISF, and his commendable services were recognized in the form of the Director General’s commendation disc and certificate. In 2015, he retired as Deputy Commandant and joined Sleuths India as branch manager. Here, he’s successfully and efficiently managing operations of the Kolkata branch. Ever since he has joined the agency, he’s proven to be a huge value with his professionalism and experience.

This is where Ms. Jaya Dey fitted the bill perfectly and joined Sleuths India team. She joined Sleuths India as Director- Administration & Public Relations and has been utilizing her vast experience in business orientations and administration. Ever since Jaya has joined the agency, she’s been influential in refining business relations.
